The Ponticelli Frères Group is recruiting for its Project Division. You will be involved in construction projects and/or industrial maintenance activities.

We offer you the opportunity to join us on a permanent contract. The proposed position is located in Emerainville.

The position we are offering is based on the following main tasks :

COMMERCIAL & TECHNICAL

• receive the call for tender and issue the acceptance form for the Go / No Go ;
• write and compile the commercial proposal ;
• write and prepare the technical proposal ;
• present the offer to the client and participate in technical adjustments and negotiations.

STUDIES & COSTING

• examine the specifications;
• define the industrial plan with the operational entity;
• determine the estimation method to be used and calculate the quantities of work;
• issue or arrange for the issue of subcontracting tenders;
• consult specialists in the technical, administrative and legal departments;
• analyse the conditions for carrying out the project and establish the simulation;
• analyse and take into account the constraints linked to the safety of goods and people;
• draw up the budget of the project;
• draw up price tables.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

• in collaboration with the Projects Division, update the quantities of work and determine the impact in terms of budget (expenditure) and schedule ;
• compare the initial simulation and the result of the project to take it into account for future files (REX, feedback).

QUALITE QUALITY

• participate in the continuous improvement of the Estimating and Quoting Department and the Project Division;
• apply, enforce and contribute for the procedures;
• report any non-conformity.
