The position we are offering involves the following main tasks:

• legal analysis of tender documents;
• contractual monitoring throughout contract execution;
• implementation and coordination of the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred;
• preparation and follow-up of any litigation files that may arise;
• drafting of subcontracting contracts for projects;
• claims.
