Job description
The Ponticelli Frères Group is recruiting for its International Division as part of an increase in his activity. You will be working on construction projects and/or industrial maintenance activities in Oil and Gas.
You would like to develop your experience as a Project Management Office (M/F) and take part in the transformation of the world in a family group that works to provide people with what they will always need: energy, health, water, food and safety, with sincere respect for the planet and its employees.
We are offering you a permanent contract. The position is located in Emerainville (77).
The head of Project Management Office (Energy) is on charge of all support serviced to the Project, within the PMO.
His/her perimeter includes:
- offshore Crane Maintenance and Subsea;
- preparation & Construction Methods;
- project Control;
- QC and Welding Engineering;
- tendering.
The job we are offering you involves the following main tasks:
- coordinate the PMO teams to fulfill Project needs;
- ensure all Ponticelli Procedures are applied on the Projects;
- provide and present Monthly Project health check to senior management;
- assist to Project Start up is PMT is not yet fully mobilized;
- participate to the recruitment process for the Projets.
Located in France, you may have then to go on site in various foreign countries, depending on wich project you will take care of. Be ready to work to the heart of our projects!
Profile
You have a general or specialized Engineering Degree, or a Project / Site / Business Experience. You have at least 10 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas as Project Manager.
You are autonomous, organised and rigorous. You are available and mobile.
You are recognised for your good interpersonal skills, and your are a good communicator.
You have developped the capacity to delegate and control. You konw how to train, coach, and report regularly to the hierarchy.
You are able to master the IT tools related to your function. You know how to define indicators for steering and monitoring the activities.
You are fluent in Engish and French.
