Main activities
1.1. HSE Activities
- Risk analysis of the site
- Promote and enforce the QHSE Group’s rules
- Be ensured of compliance with the QHSE Group’s objectives
- Be ensured of the definition, in the work preparation, works’ permits,
operating procedures and risk analysis
- Participate in QHSE event analysis
- Report and correct QHSE deviations
- Make the essential arrangements in case of dangerous situation
- Ensure appropriate use of equipment by the crew
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing
training on safety gear, helmets and procedures
1.2. Works Management
- Define resource requirements (material, personnel, subcontracting)
- Organize and allocate resources to works
- Formulate requests for construction equipment (machinery, heavy
equipment, tools, consumables)
- Participate in the planning meeting and schedules for the workers
- Analyze the physical advancements, ensure the respect of schedule and
make arrangements in case of deviation
- Manage the evolution of workforce on the site
- Report the site's activity continuity to the work supervisors
- Train, supervise and evaluate workers
1.3. Management
- Manage the workers and all the work organization for which he is
responsible
- Check the team scores and their imputation before communicating them to
the departments concerned
- Conduct annual interviews or end-of-mission interviews
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
- a minimum four years of experience in the construction industry as well as a high school diploma or GED equivalent
In possession of following certificates
- VCA* VOL
- Flange Mechanic (IS-010)
- Minimum knowledge of Dutch, French German or English

- Have good English and Dutch levels according to assignments (French is appreciated)
