QAQC Manager H/F
	Description de la mission
	Ponticelli Frères, which is an industrial group with international activities providing technical  to companies in the oil and gas industry, is looking for a QAQC Manager, based in its subsidiary in Nigeria.
 
The selected applicant will have to carry out the following activities:
 
QAQC Activity
- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements
 - Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
 - Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:
 
- Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
 - Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer)
 - Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs
 - Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
 
- Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage
 - Developing and implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes
 - Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations
 - Oversee supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3rd party subcontractors
 - Managing inspection, NDE, and testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations
 - Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies
 - Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audits.
 
 
Welding activity
- Management of all welding procedures and qualifications and testing
 - Analyse welding requirements for specific projects ensuring the any already approved in house procedures are acceptable and generate new procedures specific to project requirements and needs
 - Responsibility for the coordination of multiple projects and managing external test laboratories and Classification societies and Notified bodies with regard to welding procedures their approvals and testing
 - Provide technical support with industry standards and specifications such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, AWS, BS EN, plus any other relevant standards which may be required
 - Management and control of all materials and consumables for welder testing and procedures
 - Coordinate failure analyses and root cause analysis on welding related issues if required
 - Set up and control and maintenance of a welder data base.
 
 
	Profil
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing through memos and engineering reports
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
