Ponticelli Frères, an international industrial group serving companies in the oil and gas sector, is looking for a Site Construction Manager as part of an increase in activity.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful planning,
execution, and completion of grid-scale wind or solar projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in managing large-scale wind or solar construction projects. The Construction Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards:

• project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of construction from site preparation through commissioning ;
• scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases ;
• budget Management: Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met ;
•  team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers ;
• quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications ;
• safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations ;
• stakeholder communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, local authorities, and community representatives ;
• risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success ;
• regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines ;
• progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
