Description de la mission

Ponticelli Frères, an industrial group with an international presence serving companies in the energy sector, is looking for a Operation/Deputy/Interface Project Manager within its International Division

 

As we are expanding our Project Management Office for international projects, The Operation/Deputy/Interface Project Manager will be involved in:

  • the right application of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSSE) policies of the PONTICELLI Frères Group on his perimeter;
  • the preservation of the company's contractual commitments to the customer, service providers and subcontractors;
  • the performance and profitability commitments defined by the PONTICELLI Frères Group.

His main activities will be:

Project Management

  • Prepare the offer in accordance with his hierarchy;
  • Participate in the contract or order review;
    Follow up the budget of the project and all expenses generating by parties involved and of which he is responsible for;
  • Analyse project profitability, item by item throughout the progress in construction work then analyze and take action in the event of a deviation;
  • Inform the client of technical or progress drifts via his Project Manager;
  • Approve, submit and have the additional work approved by the client via his project manager;
  • Establish customer invoicing via his project manager;
  • Participate alongside with the Project Manager in the reporting of project monitoring to the direction (safety, quality, cost, planning)


Project Execution

  • Participate in engagement meetings with the client and internal meetings;
  • Supervise the preparation of work;
  • Overseen supervision meetings;
  • Communicate the project targets (safety, quality, cost, schedule);
  • Analyse physical progress, ensure compliance with the schedule and propose measures in the event of deviation;
  • Identify and validate the needs in personnel, equipment, subcontracting and purchases;
  • Drafting of tenders and purchase orders;
  • Recommend subcontractors;
  • Monitor subcontracting work;
  • Follow up of purchase orders from subcontractors and suppliers and validation of invoicing;
  • Ensure technical and administrative validity of documents;
  • Ensure the lifting of any reservations and final acceptance;
  • Participate in feedback;
  • Carry out supplier evaluations at the end of the project;
  • Have the end of project report drafted.

Profil

Master's degree in engineering with 3 to 5 years of project experience in the oil industry or any related field;
English is mandatory;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Decision making ability and leadership skills;
Time management and organization skills.
Travel to project countries will be required.
