The Ponticelli Freres Group is recruiting for its Projects Division. You will be involved in construction and/or industrial maintenance projects (piping, mechanics, welding, lifting, etc).

The position we are offering is based on the following tasks :

QUALITY SYSTEM :
- participate in the maintenance of the quality management system, and ensure its implementation ;
- keep the documentation up to date, accessible, and identify potential improvements to the documentation system.

INDICATORS AND ANALYSIS :
- ensure that indicators are up to date, and that an analysis is carried out in the event of failure to meet targets by those concerned ;
- prepare quality dashboards ;
- Pparticipate in quality points, and prepare the necessary elements for the various meetings with the management ;
- lead and participate in the analysis of deviations, the search for root causes and the treatment of deviations with the people concerned ;
- trigger and follow up the preventive and the corrective actions Visits / quality audits ;
- prepare the quality audit programme ;
- ensure compliance with the quality audit schedule ;
- triggering corrective and preventive actions according to the deviations observed ;
- carry out visits/quality audits internal or supplier/subcontractor ;
- assist or participate in ISO 9001 certification maintenance audits and customer audits ;
- analyse quality audit results and responses, and schedule additional quality audits if necessary ;
- raise awareness of quality among staff ;
- ensure that users have been trained on the applicable documentation ;
- carry out training or awareness modules related to quality, continuous improvement or technical issues ;
- provide advice and technical assistance to staff on quality issues ;
- lead or participate in working groups by providing quality expertise ;
- lead the Pf+ system in the entity ;
- propose and carry out flashes information.


This job position implies frequent worldwide trips and missions.
