FORCE MECHANICS is recruiting a foreman on the Belgian payroll system (no independant coworkers). You will be involved in industrial maintenance activities and shutdown activities.

We are offering you the chance to join us on a permanent contract. The position is in Belgium, Antwerp region. You preferably live in this area and have a valid working permit.

- explaining operating procedures, instructions and guidelines
- leading, coordinating, supervising and directing the work of the team
- managing on-site equipment
- checking that the work is being carried out correctly
- reporting to your line manager on the progress of the work
